A lot of our customers sell things online. Chances are=2C you=E2=80=99re o=
ne of them. While we love helping people send better email and sell more s=
tuff=2C we don=E2=80=99t know what it=E2=80=99s like to run a store. And t=

Equal parts online shop and research project=2C we hope it=E2=80=99ll show=
